1. General Provisions
1.1 Platform Overview

1.3 Age Requirement

Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Eligibility

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
eg999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods:

3.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Please select the correct amount and method when making a deposit. eg999 will not be responsible for deposits sent with incorrect details. All deposits must be made from the user's own payment account.
3.3 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit and which is registered in the user's own name. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, withdrawals may be held until identity verification is completed.
To withdraw winnings from bonuses, the wagering requirement must be met — details are provided in the bonus section below.
Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
eg999 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount, meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.
The bonus is not cash and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal after the wagering requirement is met.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have specific terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same device or the same IP address to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- If eg999 finds evidence of any bonus abuse, eg999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings on the relevant account.
- eg999 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
4.3 VIP and Cashback Programme
eg999 has five VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback is given at each level based on the weekly net loss:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Example: If a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is added automatically each week based on active play.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy
All bets placed on eg999 are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or unusual circumstance arises. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, eg999 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet. If any event is postponed or cancelled, bet settlement will follow eg999's standard rules.
5.2 Suspicious Activity
If a user is found to be involved in match fixing, irregular betting patterns or any form of fraudulent activity, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and deposited funds may be withheld. eg999 reserves the right to report such incidents to the relevant authorities. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error in the system will be cancelled.
5.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person may hold only one account on eg999. If multiple accounts are detected, all additional accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited. Concealing one's identity in order to claim benefits or bonuses more than once will be treated as a serious violation.

If a loss occurs due to a technical error in any third-party game, the terms of the relevant provider will apply.
9.3 Force Majeure

Amendments and Termination of Agreement
